Sr. Full-Stack Engineer

We're a venture-backed startup with paying customers already in production. The problems we work on sit at the intersection of regulated industry, applied AI, and serious software craft. Stack: React + TypeScript · Python · Distributed AI workflows The role You'll own significant surface area across our product — from the app our customers use daily, to the services that power AI workflows over their quality system. You'll make architectural calls, help set the bar for the team, and ship things that directly affect how the next wave of medical devices gets to patients. What you'll do Lead end-to-end delivery of meaningful product areas Design schemas, APIs, and frontend data flows that hold up under real customer load and regulatory scrutiny Work directly with the founders and customers; translate ambiguous problems into released software Help maintain our cybersecurity stack up-to-date, be an owner of best-in-class cybersecurity offerings. Mentor other engineers through code review, pairing, and design discussions What we're looking for 6+ years building production web applications, with real depth on both sides of the stack Mastery over SOTA AI tooling Strong React + TypeScript and strong Python Experience designing relational schemas, background jobs, and multi-tenant architectures A strong track record of delivering with quality in mind. Experience in end-to-end QA Automation is strongly preferred. Track record of owning systems from design through production operation DevOps & Cloud Infrastructure experience preferred (designing, building, and operating production systems on AWS or GCP) Experience in setting up monitoring, logging, and owning escalation policies A bias toward shipping How we work Highly collaborative, dynamic team.
