We are looking for a skilled Sr Functional Analyst SAP GL to work with project teams and client stakeholders to implement solutions using Oracle HCM and ERP.

Role Overview

The Senior Functional Analyst will perform complex functional GL configuration changes and maintenance, log SAP OSS notes and follow up on resolutions, perform root cause analysis on Tier 2 and 3 issues, log and manage assigned tickets in ServiceNow and escalate issues and report status to management as required. The analyst will also gather requirements and work closely with technical counterparts to ensure technical solutions meet all functional requirements. This role will require adapting to changing federal statues and US Treasury mandates and implementing required systematic changes. The role is client-facing, requiring frequent communication with client leadership.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of SAP GL/USSGL experience
• Strong analytical and communication skills, including experience interacting with client teams and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Writing and executing test plans
• Experience assisting clients with whitepapers and implementing required system changes.
• Federal accounting
• SAP-Funds Management
• SAP-Accounts Payable

Required Technical Expertise

• SAP ECC (10+ years)
• SAP GL/USSGL experience (10+ years)
• SAP FI/CO (10+ years)
• SAP FM (10+ years)
• Federal Accounting (10+ years)

Preferred Additional Experience

• SAP MM (3+ years)
• SAP S/4 HANA (1+ years)
• ServiceNow (7+ years)
• Familiarity with USDA systems and production support
