What’s Required Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology or related field preferred, but a combination of work experience and education will be considered 5 or more years of increasing responsibility with proven experience in project management, implementing/managing HR systems, projects, understanding and optimizing HR processes, managing data, ensuring compliance, and leading cross-functional teams while managing multiple projects Expertise with SmartRecruiters ATS highly preferred Are you Munson Material?
