Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, compliance audits, and corrective action programs to prevent injuries, environmental incidents, and business interruptions. Lead employee engagement activities, safety campaigns, and training programs that reinforce accountability and ownership at all levels. Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and implement innovative solutions that enhance workplace safety, employee well-being, environmental stewardship, and operational excellence. Support customer audits, regulatory inspections, and corporate assessments while ensuring timely closure of findings and action plans. Collaborate with regional and global HSE teams to deploy corporate initiatives, share best practices, and drive standardization across the organization. We Value Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Health, Safety and Environmental management within manufacturing, engineering, logistics, or industrial operations. Strong knowledge of local HSE regulations and international standards. Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).
