You will report directly to our Director, IT Program Management and you’ll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a Hybrid work schedule. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project management methodologies and best practices Collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track project progress Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies Coordinate and allocate resources, including internal team members and external vendors, to ensure project success Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders and senior management Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and practices YOU MUST HAVE 5+ years of experience in IT project management, including at least experience in a leadership or managerial role. 3+ years of experience in inspiring and mentoring a high-performing team with strong leadership skills 3+ years of experience in delivering complex IT projects, meeting quality, budget, and timeline expectations. WE VALUE Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant industry certifications such as PMP, ScrumMaster, or similar. Demonstrated success in driving digital transformation and strategic IT initiatives. Strong project portfolio management skills. A passion for staying current with emerging industry trends and best practices. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
