Making use of their expertise, they give advice on products, protect our brands, support our teams, and work with governments around all the issues that might arise. Through their dynamic and proactive engagement, they provide support in all legal matters and allow for the protection of Electrolux’s interests. What you’ll do: As SR Legal Manager, you'll be responsible for the company's legal agenda in Brazil. Reporting to the Legal Director LATAM, this role will be responsible for driving the local legal strategy, developing and engaging the legal team, partnering closely with business leaders, and ensuring alignment with regional and global Legal priorities. In detail, you will: • Lead, develop, and engage the Legal team in Brazil, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, autonomy, and business partnership; • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, translating complex legal risks into practical and solution-oriented recommendations; • Provide strategic legal support across commercial contracts, corporate matters, litigation management, consumer relations, privacy, intellectual property, regulatory matters, and strategic projects; • Lead complex negotiations, contractual structures, and high-impact business initiatives, balancing legal risk mitigation with commercial objectives; • Oversee legal risk management for the Brazilian operation, driving preventive actions and reducing significant exposures; • Support key discussions involving privacy, technology, digital transformation, innovation, ESG, and new business models; • Manage external law firms and legal service providers, ensuring high-quality delivery, cost efficiency, and strategic alignment; • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including legal operations, process simplification, automation, digitalization, and data-driven decision-making. As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/EAI). Who you are: • Law degree with active OAB registration; • Solid experience within a corporate legal department, preferably in a multinational company or a complex business environment; • Proven leadership experience, including people management and team development; • Strong knowledge of commercial contracts, legal advisory matters, risk management, litigation, consumer law, privacy, and corporate governance; • Experience working with senior stakeholders and supporting business leaders on strategic legal matters; • Advanced or fluent English. Where you’ll be: You will be based at the Curitiba administrative office.
