Job Description: Job Summary: Coordinate new product development for target applications within Product Engineering and Product Marketing. Provide technical support to Customers & Sales Channels Partners throughout territory. Manage Joint Development Programs with Customers. Implements and manages the development of business plans, assesses market share analysis, and clear product positioning to drive revenue and market share. Establish pricing strategies and develop marketing tools for successful product introductions. Manage communication between customers and Field Sales to headquarters and engineering teams on new product ideas or market information. New product specification contributions, and customer application support in the field Qualifications: BSEE/MSEE with 10+ years of experience in the power management and analog systems experience Oral/written proficiency in English Experience with leading a team/mentorship Benefits: Attractive compensation.
