Is this job info correct?

We’re building a world of health around every individual — shaping a more connected, convenient and compassionate health experience. At CVS Health®, you’ll be surrounded by passionate colleagues who care deeply, innovate with purpose, hold ourselves accountable and prioritize safety and quality in everything we do. Join us and be part of something bigger – helping to simplify health care one person, one family and one community at a time. CVS Business Unit: Signify Health Location / Logistics: Remote position in US with some travel required Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic, experienced Senior Product Manager to join the Signify Health Outreach team in a newly created role at the intersection of data, operations, and product strategy. This role owns the analytical foundation and product capabilities that allow our organization to forecast demand for member outreach, optimize how we allocate capacity to meet that demand, and give operational leaders a clear, data-driven view of where opportunities exist and how effectively we are capturing them. As the Sr. PM for Operational Planning & Demand Generation, you will step into an early-stage product area with initial prototypes and strategic thinking already in place — and significant building still ahead. You will take that foundation, sharpen the vision, and drive the development of the planning capabilities this function needs to operate at its best. A key part of this work will be bringing to life an internal planning tool that visualizes supply and demand across both outreach capacity and clinician availability, alongside a recommendation engine that helps the organization optimize how that capacity is allocated. These tools will serve internal operators directly and will also inform downstream systems responsible for generating detailed clinician capacity plans — making accuracy, usability, and reliability equally important. You will collaborate with and influence cross-functional partners across Engineering, Analytics, Finance, and Operations — working effectively across organizational boundaries where you will need to lead through influence rather than direct authority. Our products, industry, and member expectations are evolving quickly — we are excited to add experienced, curious product thinkers to our team. This role reports to the Executive Director, Operational Planning & Demand Generation. Roles and Responsibilities Define and own the product vision and roadmap for operational planning and demand generation — building on existing prototypes and strategic direction to deliver the foundational capabilities needed to forecast outreach demand, model supply and capacity, and surface planning insights that drive better organizational decisions. Own the product development of an internal planning tool that visualizes supply and demand across both outreach capacity and clinician availability — defining the user experience, data requirements, and underlying logic that help operational leaders understand capacity gaps and act on them; partner closely with Engineering and Analytics to bring these capabilities to life. Lead the development of a recommendation engine that helps the organization optimize how outreach and clinician capacity is allocated across member populations; ensure outputs are reliable, interpretable, and actively used in planning and goal-setting. Ensure planning tool outputs inform downstream systems responsible for generating detailed clinician capacity plans; partner with Engineering and cross-functional stakeholders to define integration requirements and maintain data integrity across systems. Define the data inputs required to support accurate forecasting and planning; partner with Analytics, Finance, and Operations to identify, integrate, and maintain those inputs across planning cycles. Navigate a matrixed organizational environment effectively — building trust and alignment with cross-functional partners who do not report to you, and influencing roadmap decisions across teams with competing priorities. Proactively identify user and business needs; drive tradeoff conversations and negotiate priorities across Engineering, Operations, and peer Product teams to achieve roadmap objectives. Develop a clear product vision and short- and long-term roadmap with defined success metrics; communicate roadmap priorities and tradeoffs clearly across the organization and to senior leadership. Define, track, and communicate KPIs that reflect the effectiveness of operational planning — including the proportion of members matched to outreach capacity within target windows and the degree to which completion goals are met across the year. Communicate complex analytical and planning concepts — written and verbally — to influence peers and stakeholders; synthesize model outputs and operational data into clear, actionable insights for leadership audiences. Coordinate dependencies across adjacent product domains and clearly manage stakeholder expectations on timelines and scope. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, a quantitative field, or equivalent combination of formal education and experience. 7+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in product management. Strong track record of driving measurable business outcomes in ambiguous, end-to-end problem spaces that span multiple systems and teams. Demonstrated experience with demand forecasting, capacity modeling, or supply and demand optimization — including building or owning complex analytical models in a product or operational context. Experience owning data-intensive product experiences, including defining requirements for visualization tools, planning interfaces, or user-facing analytical products; comfort partnering with design and engineering to deliver intuitive, high-quality user experiences. Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in a matrixed organization — building alignment across cross-functional teams without direct authority. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to tailor messaging effectively for both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership. Preferred Qualifications Experience building products in early-stage environments where strategic direction exists but significant product definition, tooling, and execution work remains — comfort moving from prototype to production. Familiarity with healthcare operations, outreach programs, or population health contexts — including an understanding of how clinician availability, member-level data, and operational capacity interact to drive care delivery decisions. Experience working alongside data science or analytics teams to productize forecasting models or translate algorithmic outputs into planning tools. Experience building internal operator tools — including an understanding of the unique requirements around usability, reliability, and integration that distinguish internal tools from consumer-facing products. Experience designing or owning products that feed downstream systems or inform automated workflows; familiarity with data pipeline and integration considerations. Experience applying AI or automation to improve forecasting accuracy, planning workflows, or capacity allocation recommendations. An entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work independently and effectively in a results-oriented, fast-paced environment. Passionate about transforming the US healthcare system and the way care is delivered; motivated by work that creates tangible value for the members and clinicians we serve. Innate curiosity and a strong bias toward data-informed decision-making, with an instinct to challenge assumptions and uncover creative solutions. Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $118,450.00 - $236,900.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program. Our people fuel our future. Our teams reflect the customers, patients, members and communities we serve and we are committed to fostering a workplace where every colleague feels valued and that they belong. Great benefits for great people We take pride in offering a comprehensive and competitive mix of pay and benefits that reflects our commitment to our colleagues and their families. This full‑time position is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the physical, emotional, and financial well‑being of colleagues and their families. The benefits for this position include medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, retirement savings options, wellness programs, and other resources, based on eligibility. Additional details about available benefits are provided during the application process and on Benefits Moments . We anticipate the application window for this opening will close on: 09/05/2026 Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with all federal, state and local laws.
