The Opportunity
One of the most impactful roles in our company, the Sr. Manager of E-Commerce, DTC will own the strategy, execution, and performance of our Shopify business, the primary engine of our owned e-commerce growth. You'll work directly alongside the co-founders and partner closely with our Sr. Manager of E-Commerce, TikTok to drive company-wide e-commerce growth. This is a hands-on, builder's role: for at least the first year, you'll be in the weeds personally driving execution before eventually helping to build out the team around you. This is not a role for someone who simply manages people. We're looking for someone who builds businesses.
This role is remote, with visits to headquarters as needed. Candidates open to relocation to the Stuart & Port St. Lucie, Florida areas preferred.
What You'll Own
DTC Leadership & P&L
Serve as the leader for all DTC/Shopify growth.
Own the P&L for the channel: Revenue, Gross Margin, Contribution Margin, EBITDA, CAC, LTV, MER, ROAS, and Inventory Efficiency. Every decision should improve long-term profitability, not just top-line revenue.
Lead annual planning, forecasting, and budgeting for the channel.
Shopify / DTC Growth (Core Focus)
Own customer acquisition, website optimization, and CRO.
Lead merchandising, pricing strategy, product launches, offer strategy, and bundling.
Drive subscription growth, landing page performance, checkout optimization, and overall customer experience.
NetSuite experience is a strong plus, particularly for inventory, order management, and financial integration with Shopify.
Paid Media & CRM
Partner with media teams on Meta, Google, YouTube, and emerging channels, knowing when to scale aggressively vs. optimize for efficiency.
Own retention and LTV through email, SMS, loyalty, lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and win-back campaigns.
Product, Merchandising & Analytics
Partner with clients to rationalize product portfolios, optimize assortment, and improve pricing and inventory turns.
Build and maintain dashboards covering CAC, LTV, AOV, MER, ROAS, CVR, Repeat Purchase Rate, and Contribution Margin.
Team & Client Leadership
Lead Quarterly Business Reviews, annual planning, and executive strategy sessions. Clients should see you as an extension of their leadership team.
Partner tightly with the TikTok E-Commerce VP to ensure a unified, profitable e-commerce strategy across channels.

A proven builder who has personally scaled DTC/Shopify brands, not just supported them, through $10M, $25M, $50M, and $100M+ inflection points.
An elite operator who builds from the front: auditing a storefront, reviewing campaigns, or digging into a dashboard is never beneath you.

Required Experience
5+ years executing high-growth e-commerce plans, with deep, hands-on Shopify expertise.
Experience scaling consumer brands in Sports Nutrition, Beverage, Health & Wellness, Beauty, Personal Care, or adjacent CPG categories.
Demonstrated success scaling brands in multi-million-dollar increments.
NetSuite experience strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of paid media strategy and multi-million-dollar budget management.
High-level P&L ownership and experience leading cross-functional teams.
Experience working directly with founders, CEOs, or private equity-backed companies.

Compensation:
The base salary range for this position begins at $125,000 per year; final salary offer based on experience and skillset.
