Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Manager to lead our Workday team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Workday system management, optimization, and support, ensuring its effective utilization across the organization. The Senior Manager will lead a team of Workday specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Responsibilities : Lead and manage a team of Workday professionals, including performance management, coaching, and career development. Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of Workday modules, including HCM, Benefits, Compensation, and Payroll. Ensure data integrity and accuracy within Workday. Collaborate with various departments (e.g., People Operations, Total Rewards, People Business Partners, etc.) to understand their Workday needs and implement solutions. Familiarity with Agile and confident in leading a team using Agile principles Develop and implement Workday-related policies, procedures, and best practices. Manage Workday security roles and permissions, ensuring appropriate access levels. Act as a primary point of contact for Workday system inquiries and issues, escalating to Workday support as needed. Stay up-to-date with Workday releases and new functionalities, assessing their impact and potential benefits to the organization. Manage and prioritize Workday projects and initiatives. Provide training and support to end-users on Workday functionalities. Work with People Analytics to ensure data is available for reporting and dashboards. We’d love to chat if you have: Proven experience with Workday system administration, configuration, and support. In-depth knowledge of Workday HCM, Benefits, Compensation, and Payroll modules. Strong understanding of HR processes and data. Experience leading a team in an Agile development environment. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Desired Qualifications: Workday Pro certification. Experience with Workday reporting and analytics. Experience with Workday security and compliance requirements (e.g., SOX). Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed below. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits. The estimated salary ranges noted below roles in the specific geographic zones Zone 1- San Francisco Bay Area CA (includes HQ), New York City, Seattle, Los Angeles County $156,400 — $195,700 USD Zone 2- CA (Non San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles County), Austin TX, Massachusetts $140,800 — $176,200 USD Zone 3 -Utah (includes Utah office), Houston TX, Florida, North Carolina $132,900 — $166,400 USD What’s in it for you?
