Profession: Program Management / Product Operations / HR Technology Location: Remote Travel: Travel requirements are negligible About the Role OBHG is seeking a Senior Manager, Program Management Office to coordinate planning, governance, performance oversight, financial management, and execution of strategic initiatives across the organization. This role partners with business leaders, Project Managers, and executive stakeholders to align enterprise priorities, monitor portfolio health, manage risks, dependencies, resources, and budgets, provide executive-level reporting and analysis, and strengthen consistent PMO practices, tools, and delivery standards while guiding the Project Management team and supporting continuous improvement. What You’ll Do Program Planning & Strategic Alignment Evaluate incoming initiatives, organizational demand, and resource requirements to support program intake. Support enterprise program prioritization, roadmap development, and strategic planning activities. Partner with business leaders to develop business cases and recommendations that support investment decisions. Ensure initiatives remain aligned with organizational strategy, program priorities, and business objectives. Identify conflicts in priorities, resource demand, and program capacity and recommend resolution strategies. Change & Stakeholder Engagement Facilitate communication across business leaders, Project Managers, and delivery teams to promote transparency and alignment. Coordinate organizational change readiness and adoption activities that support successful initiative implementation. Build strong partnerships across business, IT, Finance, and operational teams to promote accountability and collaboration. Support executive communications through updates, governance materials, and reporting. Program Performance & Financial Management Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and performance reporting that provide visibility into enterprise initiatives. Analyze performance, trends, risks, and business outcomes to provide actionable recommendations. Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to support investment decisions. Support value realization by tracking expected business outcomes and project performance Identify opportunities to improve program performance and operational effectiveness. Portfolio Governance & Decision Enablement Manage cross-project risks, issues, decisions, dependencies, and escalations across the enterprise Facilitate governance meetings, program reviews, and executive decision forums. Prepare executive-ready program reporting, analysis, presentations, and governance materials. Provide program analysis and recommendations that support prioritization, investment, and execution decisions. Ensure governance standards and program management processes are consistently applied across initiatives. Delivery Excellence Monitor delivery performance across initiatives, including schedule, scope, budget, resource capacity, and delivery objectives. Develop and optimize program management tools, technology solutions, and reporting capabilities that improve delivery effectiveness. Coordinate project schedules, milestones, cross-project dependencies, and delivery impacts. Support Project Managers in resolving delivery risks, resource constraints, and execution Promote consistent use of PMO methodologies, templates, governance standards, and portfolio management tools. Leadership & Team Development Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and mentorship to Project Managers supporting enterprise Monitor project execution to ensure alignment with program priorities, governance standards, and organizational objectives. Promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across the Project Management Support performance management, professional development, and capability growth of Project Escalate significant program risks, resource constraints, and delivery concerns to the Director as appropriate. PMO Operations & Continuous Improvement Support continuous improvement of program management processes, governance practices, reporting standards, and operational workflows. Identify opportunities to improve program reporting, analytics, financial management, and technology capabilities. Contribute to PMO maturity initiatives through process optimization, automation, and best practice Maintain program data quality, reporting accuracy, and governance compliance. Support implementation and optimization of program management platforms, dashboards, and technology solutions. Lead program planning, roadmap coordination, governance, and execution for the Recruiting Gateway Platform and related third-party integrations. Partner with business leaders, Product, Engineering, IT, Finance, Operations, and recruiting stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and align work to enterprise objectives. Manage intake, demand, dependencies, resource capacity, risks, issues, decisions, and escalations across cross-functional programs. Develop executive-ready dashboards, KPIs, reporting, presentations, and governance materials that provide visibility into platform performance and delivery health. Monitor budgets, forecasts, value realization, timelines, scope, and delivery outcomes to support informed investment and prioritization decisions. Drive stakeholder communication, change readiness, adoption planning, and operational alignment across teams. Promote consistent project and program management methodologies, templates, governance standards, reporting practices, and portfolio management tools. Lead, coach, and mentor Project Managers supporting enterprise initiatives, helping strengthen PMO maturity and delivery excellence. Identify opportunities to improve program operations, reporting accuracy, data quality, automation, workflow optimization, and technology-enabled delivery. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field. 7+ years of progressive experience in project management, program management, PMO, strategic initiatives, product operations, platform delivery, or business operations. 3+ years of experience leading enterprise projects, programs, cross-functional strategic initiatives, or technology-enabled business transformation efforts. Demonstrated experience with program governance, prioritization, executive reporting, organizational planning, and stakeholder management. Experience leading or mentoring Project Managers and coordinating cross-functional delivery teams. Strong understanding of program management methodologies, governance frameworks, PMO best practices, reporting tools, dashboards, financial tracking, and executive presentations. Excellent analytical, financial, organizational, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications PMP certification or equivalent project/program management certification. PfMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, Lean Six Sigma, Prosci, or related certifications. Experience with HR technology, recruiting systems, applicant tracking systems, talent acquisition platforms, or third-party recruiting integrations. Experience with platforms, reporting tools, workflow automation, PMO technologies, or product operations in a SaaS or enterprise technology environment. Experience supporting enterprise strategic planning, organizational transformation, or platform implementation initiatives.
