Job Description: Job Overview ICC engineering group in D&D is responsible for development of high-speed products which are used inside of Sever and Storage, including connector and cable assembly. As a manager of CA product development team, you will be responsible for leading gloabal product development engineering team to design and develop high speed cable assembly according to customer requirement and technology roadmap. Job Requirements • Responsible for managing global ICC CA development engineering team • Work with related functions, PM/PJM/MPDE/PJE/SOURCING….to align the product development strategy including but noy limited to roadmap, execution and resource. • Responsible for performance management for CA development team following organization strategy, review and provide feedback to team member periodically. • Overseeing the entire process of new products development and providing support if needed • Coach and develop team members to build an good performance team • Drive continuous development and enhancement of systems and procedures to streamline design and development process What your background should look like • Bachelor’s degree or above • 5 years or above product development engineering experience, connector and CA experience is plus • 5years or above experience in RD team management, global experience is a plus • Demonstrated skill in leading, developing and manage team • Excellent in English skill both verbal and oral • Excellent in communication and presentation skill • Skill at problem solving and conflict management • Six sigma or kaizen experience, green belt is a plus. • Customer focus • Motivate other • Values: Integrity, Accountability, Teamwork, Innovation Competencies SET : Strategy, Execution, Talent (for managers) Job Locations: Posting City: TAIPEI Job Country: Taiwan Travel Required: 10% to 25% Requisition ID: 146070 Workplace Type: Hybrid External Careers Page: Engineering & Technology
