SUMMARY Plays a critical role in supporting national parts sales initiatives through data-driven insights, cross-functional collaboration, and process optimization. Maintains responsibility for creating and overseeing a wide range of sales reports, analyzing performance trends, and identifying opportunities for revenue growth as well as aiding in the planning and implementation of initiatives to optimize all key performance indicators (KPIs). Supports strategic planning efforts by contributing to program development, maintaining key data systems, and delivering actionable insights to field staff and leadership. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Reporting: Maintains responsibility for the timely creation, review, and distribution of daily and monthly sales reporting to internal stakeholders, vendors, and Region and Zone staff. Promptly completes custom and ad-hoc reporting requests from management and executive leadership. Coordinates updates for retailer objectives and changes due to buy/sells and new retailer appointments within ten (10) days after notification from Retailer Development department; this includes making system updates as necessary throughout the buy/sell process. Sales Optimization: Monitors data across multiple reporting platforms for accuracy and uniformity. Analyzes parts sales data from various perspectives including by vendor, by Region and Zone, by function code, etc. and provides comprehensive reporting outlining sales opportunities as well as potential new revenue streams. Utilizes parts sales data to set up profit maximization action plans and new sales strategies for implementation at the retailer level in conjunction with the field staff. Process Enhancement: Assesses and streamlines processes interdepartmentally and with outside vendors; this includes, but is not limited to, all electronic data interchange (EDI) and parts ordering functions. Reviews and simplifies the processes for reporting, vendor meetings, quarterly business reviews, etc. in the interest of efficiency and uniformity. Works with other internal stakeholders to identify reporting and data overlap and assists in the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline this going forward. Collaboration: Aids the National Parts Sales Manager (NPSM) and Parts Sales Program Manager (PSPM) in communicating with and working alongside the field staff. Works with Supply Chain, Accessories, Service, Warranty, Marketing, and other departments internally as well as field staff to develop new parts sales-focused initiatives and ensure that existing programs are operating as intended. Works closely with the Loyalty & Aftersales Marketing department and vendors on ensuring that information and opportunity are being communicated correctly and effectively through new and innovative marketing initiatives. • Vendor Relations: Works with PSPM to manage the day-to-day oversight of all drop ship vendors. Assists in the development and monitoring of vendor performance metrics. Works with the Service Quality and Warranty departments to monitor parts warranty claims and ensure that drop ship vendors are current with reimbursements. Works alongside the Training department in the creation of new training curriculum and modules that support Parts Sales team's initiatives and areas identified as lacking training assets. Strategy: Works directly with the NPSM and PSPM in program development and expansion. Maintains Retailer Parts Loyalty Program data and reporting. Develops action plan to increase engagement and strengthen key performance indicators (KPIs). Prepares presentations based on this data to communicate opportunity and next steps to field and retailer staff. Intradepartmental Support: Provides support to NPSM, PSPM, and National Collision and Wholesale Manager in the way of reporting, communication preparation and distribution, and meeting and visitor planning, as well as any number of ad-hoc aid requests. Serves as a support for the Wholesale Parts and Collision Specialist in terms of reporting and analysis during times of high workload. Assists department managers in the training and development of Parts Sales department interns. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES Reviews and processes departmental vendor invoicing and credits for Subaru Tire, Oil, Chemical, PartsEye, SnapOn EPC, etc. Monitors and maintains the Parts Sales department budget. REQUIRED SKILLS & PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with a concentration on Microsoft Excel. Proficient in Oracle Business Intelligence (BI). Outstanding project management skills with ability to execute multiple projects that may have competing deadlines and resource requirements. Ability to recognize and advocate for a robust user experience. Self-driven team player with ability to thrive within cross-functional teams to solve problems and drive results. Comfortable with technical content. Analytical orientation and ability to focus on details. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work with and influence others outside the team, department, and company (including vendors and retailers). Responsive, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Experience with vendor management preferred. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree required with at least 6-8 years of work experience. WORK EXPERIENCE Office Location: Camden, NJ apart of the Greater Philadelphia Area (Philly) Hybrid Role: Hybrid Role - Remote work 2 days per week (after 90 days) [Wednesdays & Fridays] Travel: 15% Domestic COMPENSATION: The recruiting base salary range for this full-time position is $80,000 - $105,000 / year. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Additionally, this role is bonus-eligible , with a target bonus percentage that provides an opportunity to earn even more based on your performance. (Internal Job Grade: P2) WHY JOIN US?
