The Impact of a Sr. Engagement Manager to Coupa: As an Engagement Director at Coupa, you will lead the end-to-end implementation of the Coupa solution for large and strategic customers across the LATAM region. You will play a senior individual contributor role, ensuring successful delivery and go-lives while aligning solutions to customer business goals. You will work closely with both internal teams and certified implementation partners, overseeing execution, resource alignment, reporting, and risk management. Additionally, as a Delivery Executive Sponsor (DES), you will support Engagement Managers to drive successful project outcomes. What You’ll Do Own end-to-end delivery of customer engagements, ensuring quality, on-time, and on-budget execution Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and partners, building strong relationships and managing expectations Lead implementation from mobilization through deployment, including resource planning, governance, and adherence to Coupa methodologies Manage risks, issues, and escalations, driving resolution and keeping projects on track (“path to green”) Oversee financial performance across projects, including forecasting, contract compliance, and KPI achievement Act as executive sponsor across a portfolio of engagements, supporting stakeholders, guiding strategy, and ensuring overall delivery success What You Will Bring to Coupa 10+ years of experience in systems applications consulting (internal IT, consulting firm, or software provider), with 5+ years in program or project leadership roles Strong experience managing and delivering complex projects, including planning, tracking, and working with executive/C-suite stakeholders Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive clear insights Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build relationships across all levels High level of ownership, initiative, and adaptability, with strong prioritization and professionalism Experience with SaaS and enterprise applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday); Business Spend Management experience is a plus Coupa complies with relevant laws and regulations regarding equal opportunity and offers a welcoming and inclusive work environment.
