Sr. Procurement Buyer

We are seeking a Sr. Procurement Buyer in our Broomfield, CO, location. Key Responsibilities: Establish and drive procurement of materials and services in support of business requirements Procurement activities, including RFQ processes, supplier selection, purchase order placement, monitoring deliveries and services, along with monitoring supplier performance In this role, one of the primary responsibilities will be to support the procurement strategy through aligning data, analytics, data visualization, and reporting. Manage supplier communication Work with Technical and Functional teams on requirements, need dates, and support projects and business goals, and milestones Ensure that the suppliers acknowledge purchase orders, confirm delivery accurately within quoted lead-times, and coordinate past due delivery with the supplier Work with suppliers and Accounts Payable to resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure timely payment under agreed terms. Lead deployment and implementation of new procurement initiatives and systemic continuous improvements. YOU MUST HAVE: Bachelor’s Degree minimum required Minimum 5+ years of experience in Procurement required Due to Contractual requirements, must be a U.S. Person defined as, U.S. citizen permanent resident or green card holder, workers granted asylum or refugee status.
