I. Job Summary Provides program leadership for the critical HR transformation efforts in key lines of business. Will coordinate with executive business stakeholders and directs the efforts of multiple workstreams/teams in the design, development, implementation, and support of strategic industry leading information technology systems/applications that are shaping the future of WM. II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Establishes program strategic plans, objectives and key measures that support AI-enabled HR solutions. Creates and/or approves project plans, manages the overall program integrated master schedule. Ensures project delivery is aligned with standards, HR strategy and program value delivery objectives. Facilitates technical and functional subject matter experts for problem resolution within workstreams. Coordinates with multiple technology and business teams in the design and delivery of key technology solutions. Supports program Governance through value-based program reporting, status reporting, tracking program interdependencies, and actively manage risks/issues. Assigns and reviews work. Allocates appropriate resources to ensure that projects are completed within committed time and budget and are integrated with other software applications. Maintains working relationship and coordinates with several teams to integrate project with applications and/or initiatives. Coordinates communication about project status to all levels of the organization. Prepares and/or provides budget input for ongoing and future expenditures, monitors budget performance, and provides forecasts. Monitors program performance against budget. Manges third party providers and is actively engaged in sourcing and contracting activities that support program delivery. May have direct supervision of full-time employees including management, team leads and individual contributor positions. May have indirect supervision of other full-time management and/or individual contributor positions. III. Qualifications A. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Computer Science, MIS or related technical field or similar area of study, or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant experience 8 years experience managing HR projects/programs, including end-to-end experience for medium-to-large projects and programs, along with proven success in managing multiple large Digital projects simultaneously (in addition to education requirement). B. Preferred Qualifications Agile experience, including daily stand-ups, sprint cycles, backlog management, and Jira planning Experience with Oracle Experience with Monday.com Experience leading complex HR technology transformation programs, including platform implementations, operating model changes, and process modernization initiatives. Proven success leading merger, acquisition, and integration programs, ensuring seamless alignment of people, processes, systems, and governance. Demonstrated ability to establish and execute strategic, enterprise-wide programs that span multiple functions, stakeholders, and business units. Project Management Methodologies: Deep expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies, knowing when to apply each to different types of HR/Tech projects Executive Presence & Communication: Confident in presenting project statuses, business cases, and data insights to Executive leadership Strong in-depth knowledge of Project Management Planning & Delivery tools including Jira, ServiceNow, Microsoft Office Tools Strategic roadmap planning with strong program governance, risk management, and value realization expertise, with a track record of delivering programs on time, within budget, and aligned to business goals. High Adaptability: Ability to pivot and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment where project priorities or business needs may rapidly shift Prior management consulting or advisory experience, with a demonstrated ability to solve complex business challenges, develop strategic recommendations, and lead large-scale transformation initiatives.
