Job Title: Sr. Project Manager Job Description The position of Senior Project Manager involves taking full responsibility for a variety of electrical projects, from marketing through project close-out and customer follow-up. Qualified candidates will have a successful track record demonstrating a complete understanding of project management responsibilities, including profit, supervision, customer relations, fiscal, and contract management. Responsibilities Supervise multiple Project Managers who are managing multiple projects. Manage up to $30 million-dollar electrical construction projects or multiple large projects simultaneously. Make decisions concerning project cost, time, and performance. Be accountable for project planning, execution, job cost tracking, and job closure. Provide monthly project status detail and percent of completion reports. Monitor and control projects through administrative direction of on-site foremen to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Initiate and maintain liaison with owners and other contacts to facilitate project activities. Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones. Interface with contractors, vendors, and in-house operations. Cross-sell other company operations through fully integrated solutions. Support an injury-free work environment and safety culture. Essential Skills 10 to 15 years' experience as an electrical project manager in construction with an electrical subcontractor. Experience with low voltage projects. Experience managing high dollar projects ($50M+ range) or multiple large projects simultaneously ($10M+). Proven experience managing and leading PMs on high-value projects, change order, cost control. Proficiency in Primavera, cost analysis, critical path analysis, progress reports. Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, P6 Scheduling, planning scheduling. Experience in electrical subcontracting and low voltage. Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering is highly preferred. 5+ years' experience as an electrical foreman or general foreman in lieu of a degree. Minimum of 15 years of experience in selling, estimating, and managing large industrial or advanced technology projects. Expertise in electrical codes, heavy power distribution, instrumentation, and process control systems. Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures and system turnover processes. Skilled in labor, material, and contract management, including earned-value tracking and efficiency metrics. Ability to perform detailed take-offs and electrical estimating. Prior experience in electrical subcontracting is essential. Work Environment The role is 100% onsite at a data center project in Boise. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $150000.00 - $210000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
