What's the role about? We are looking for a QUALITY ENGINEER with a strong focus on automation to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of test strategy and automation efforts across multiple product areas, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, reliable software. You’ll design and maintain scalable automated test suites across API, backend, and UI layers, while continuously improving frameworks, tools, and CI/CD integration. Working closely with Engineering, Product, and QA teams, you will help define testable requirements, identify risks early in the development cycle, and advocate for automation-first, shift-left testing practices. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments and is passionate about driving quality through innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. What do we require from you? 5+ years of experience in QA automation, SDET, or quality engineering roles. Strong hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks. Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScripSolid experience with API testing and backend validation. Experience working with CI/CD pipelines. Strong understanding of SDLC, test strategies, and quality engineering best practices. Ability to independently own and deliver test automation for complex systems. Experience with tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, REST Assured, Postman, Gatling, JMeter, or similar. Experience testing distributed systems, cloud-native applications, or data platforms. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure). Exposure to performance, load, or reliability testing. Experience mentoring junior QA engineers.
