Your work-life opportunity: In this role you will drive new partners' sales in a high velocity sales environment delivering new partners business pipeline, closing deals , and quota against monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Be a part of a team where you will: Be part of the Strategic Accounts (Block A) leads decision makers committee based on your Glovo partners and local knowledge Be an expert on C-level meetings management Be a Salesforce power user and you can give feedback to the management on the new developments needed Be an expert on how Business development methodology way of working works and you apply it perfectly. Be an expert on report all daily sales activity (Calls, Mail, Meetings, etc) and Keep detailed notes on leads and opportunities interactions and apply it Analyze results and identify your opportunities to achieve your targets (identify new trends in the city). Meet daily input targets (Tasks, leads and opps impacted) and monthly/quarterly objectives for Sales Executive Level II defined by the company Be a perfect buddy for new joiners due to your tools and Strategic Business development way of working methodology works At least, 2 years of experience in high-performance sales Previous work experience in a startup / high-demanding environment is preferred Experience in training and motivating a sales team is a plus Highly motivated, results-driven, strategic thinker, with strong leadership and business fundamentals Strong communication abilities with ability to influence and drive change We are always looking for the best candidates, so if you think you would be a good fit even if you don't meet 100% of the requirements we would love to hear from you!
