Sr Sales Training Specialist

Your role involves leading execution of training strategies within the region, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the continuous improvement of our salesforce. Your role will be pivotal in the onboarding and ever-boarding of our sales community, enhancing sales effectiveness, driving employee development, and contributing to the overall success of the sales organization across China, Asia Pacific, and India. Key Responsibilities Implement sales training programs and initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team in China, Asia Pacific, and India. Partner with the global Sales Enablement organization to develop the Industrial Automation learning and development agenda, being the voice for the needs of sellers across China, Asia Pacific, and India. Collaborate with cross functional teams in China, Asia Pacific, and India to identify training needs and create customized training solutions Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and webinars in Mandarin and English Support new seller and sales manager onboarding processes across China, Asia Pacific, and India Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales training You Must Have 5+ years of sales training 2+ years of experience working across cultures in Asia Demonstrated track record of delivering successful sales training programs Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills Fluent in Mandarin and English We Value Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Master's degree in a relevant discipline Passion for sales training and developing sales talent Ability to think strategically and drive results Strong collaboration skills Innovative mindset and willingness to embrace new technologies and methodologies Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence others
