Job Description

• Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud — SFRA, ISML, OCAPI/SCAPI, Content Slots
• Commerce checkout: payment gateways (Adyen/Stripe), tax (Vertex/Avalara), fraud, order
• capture
• Salesforce Service Cloud: Omni-Channel, Case Mgmt, Knowledge, Loyalty Management
• Salesforce OMS / Order on Demand integration patterns
• SFCC Job Framework, Business Manager config, pipelines SFRA migration
• Copado / CI/CD, SFCC release mgmt, sandbox/staging orchestration
• Front-end: JS (ES6+), SCSS, jQuery; Vue/React exposure a plus Integration: REST/SOAP
• APIs, MuleSoft or equivalent middleware
• Performance tuning, caching, Core Web Vitals on commerce pages
