Sr. Software Engineer

Overview About the Role & Team Join our agile development team as a software engineer to build IDC Quanta, empowering companies worldwide to quickly and reliably make strategic decisions. What You’ll Do Design, develop and maintain software applications and systems. Use Claude Code extensively in every stage of software development. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality products. Identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues. Write and maintain technical documentation for code, APIs, and software systems. Implement secure coding practices to safeguard applications. What You Bring Ability to use AI tools for coding (Claude Code preferably) Over 4 years of commercial experience in programming in Java Experience developing applications in Angular is strongly preferred. Experience with development using microservices and with API design Experience with creating automated tests Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and IaC is a plus. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Adaptability to learn new technologies and methodologies. Interest in staying updated on industry trends and new technologies.
