Role Description

The Senior Software Engineer will play a leading role in designing, developing, and maintaining back-end systems and applications to support RevComm’s innovative software solutions. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, writing clean and scalable code, reviewing and refining program structure, and ensuring optimal system performance. The role requires attention to detail and adherence to high code quality standards. A working understanding of the infrastructure in (cloud environment, CI/CD) is a strong advantage. This is a full-time, Hybrid / Remote position located in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Back-End Web Development, with experience in building and maintaining APIs and server-side systems.
• Expertise in Software Development and Programming, with a focus on developing scalable and efficient solutions.
• Strong foundation in Computer Science principles, including algorithms and data structures.
• Ability to work collaboratively on complex technical projects and problem-solving with a team.
• Proven capacity for learning new technologies and adapting to a fast-paced work environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience with cloud-based platforms and familiarity with SaaS development is a plus.
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
