Sr Software Engineer - Basis Platform / DSP

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE 5+ years professional software development experience. Proven experience designing, building, and scaling modern, production ‑ level front ‑ end experiences using React, with supporting back ‑ end work in Ruby on Rails. Current with modern development practices, including AI-assisted and agentic workflows for code generation, debugging, exploring, and documentation. Strong grasp of data modeling and system design. Enthusiastic growth-oriented mindset.
