Job Description Responsibilities: Review and analyze insurance claims to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with underwriting and regulatory standards. Communicate effectively with claimants, providers, and internal stakeholders to gather required information and documentation for claim processing. Assess claim eligibility, interpret policy coverage, and make accurate coverage and payment determinations. Investigate, resolve, and document claim discrepancies, escalations, and exceptions within defined turnaround times. Maintain precise, audit-ready records of all claim processing activities in alignment with company policies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and enhance processing accuracy. Contribute to process improvement initiatives by leveraging data insights, domain expertise, and technology tools.
