Job Description Responsibilities: Analyze and process complex reinsurance claims accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues in claims proactively and in a timely manner. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to collect information and provide updates on claim status and resolution. Maintain detailed and accurate records of claims, including documentation of investigation findings and decision-making processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices in claims management. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to junior claims staff to ensure efficient and accurate claims handling. Monitor claims trends and data to support reporting, analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
