This role is in support of Cencora's veterinary and livestock production solutions marketed through our MWI Animal Health business. MWI Animal Health is a leading brand of Cencora, offering animal health services globally.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leads highly complex strategic account programs and client initiatives, providing expert guidance on account strategy, relationship development, and revenue growth.
Drives development of account plans, growth strategies, and value propositions for the most complex and high-value pharmaceutical distribution customers.
Influences senior commercial and operational leaders on account management strategy, client investment priorities, and retention approaches.
Delivers high-stakes account reviews, executive business reviews, and client engagement programs with limited oversight.
Builds reusable account planning tools, client engagement frameworks, and best practices that scale account management capability.
Mentors account managers and contributes to communities of practice to advance account management expertise across the function.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales management, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
8+ years of experience in Animal Health and Swine account management, strategic account management, client relationship management, or a related field required.
Certification in sales management, customer success, account management, client relationship management or equivalent preferred.
