In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and optimization of supply chain operations, helping ensure the efficient flow of materials, inventory, and products while contributing to operational excellence and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Monitor and coordinate the end-to-end flow of materials, products, and information across the supply chain, from procurement through customer delivery. Develop and execute production planning activities based on installed capacity, sales demand, inventory levels, and business priorities. Plan, monitor, and control inventory levels for raw materials, components, supplies, and finished goods, ensuring product availability while minimizing excess inventory and obsolescence. Monitor purchase orders, follow up with suppliers, and coordinate material deliveries to ensure deadlines and agreed service levels are achieved. Analyse demand trends and support the forecasting process to improve supply planning and inventory decisions. Coordinate order fulfilment activities, managing invoicing while monitoring finished goods availability and shipping scheduling to ensure alignment with sales plan. Coordinate domestic and international transportation, shipments, and logistics providers, when applicable. Identify cost reduction opportunities, improve productivity, and support continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain processes. Support the S&OP process by consolidating demand, production, procurement, and logistics information for cross-functional planning. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor performance and support decision-making. Assist in ERP master data maintenance related to suppliers, materials, inventory, and planning parameters. Collaborate closely with Sales, Procurement, Production, Finance and Logistics teams to ensure effective execution of supply chain activities. Operate in compliance with the company’s Integrated Management System, ensuring adherence to Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety standards, legal requirements, risk mitigation, sustainability, and continuous improvement Skills, Experience, and Education Requirements Bachelor’s degree in production engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. 5–8 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Inventory Management, Operations Planning, or related areas. Solid experience in end-to-end Supply Chain processes, with strong hands-on experience in planning and operational execution. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, TOTVS, or similar, including practical knowledge of planning parameters, master data, purchasing, inventory, and production processes. Experience with inventory management and replenishment processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to analyse complex information, identify root causes, and translate insights into practical actions. U nderstanding of S&OP and cross-functional planning processes. Proficiency in Power BI or similar BI tools, including the ability to develop, maintain, and interpret dashboards and performance indicators. Advanced Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, or continuous improvement methodologies. Advanced English, with the ability to communicate effectively in professional and cross-functional environments.
