Education Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics, Automation or a related engineering discipline. Experience 15+ years of experience in industrial automation, engineering services or process solutions. 10+ years in technical leadership roles, with experience leading global teams and developing engineering capability. Hands-on experience with IMC control-system products and technologies, including PLC, DCS and SCADA. Experience working with Honeywell IMC Product Management, Offering Management and R&D organizations. Demonstrated ability to create or scale engineering services, grow billable hours and influence revenue outcomes. Experience connecting opportunity development, offering enablement, execution and lifecycle services. Mandatory business and technical knowledge Good understanding of IMC business models, revenue drivers, offering lifecycles, regional operating nuances and engineering value chains. Strong knowledge of Modular Systems and working knowledge across GTAC, SI Connect, Metering, Skids, TAS, P&E and Lifecycle Services. Ability to translate product and technology roadmaps into GPE capability plans, deployment methods and scalable services. Commercial fluency in revenue, billable hours, utilization, productivity, white-space development and service portfolio expansion.
