AI delivers information directly related to business operations, thereby enhancing the information sensitivity of the organization. In addition, the company offers two SaaS products: "Anews," which encourages the conception of business ideas and their development within the organization, and "Astrategy," a market research service that provides suggestions by structuring necessary information according to the organization and its operations.
Currently, its main target is major manufacturing R&D in Japan, and more than 30% of the Nikkei 225 companies have already adopted the system. 【Company Overview】

It operates a SaaS business featuring an AI agent tailored for engineers in the manufacturing sector, alongside a new PaaS business—a platform designed to structure fragmented internal data and transform it into valuable corporate assets.
Currently, the primary market focus is R&D departments within major Japanese manufacturing firms. The company’s solutions have already been adopted by over 300 organizations, representing 30% of the Nikkei 225. Looking ahead, the company plans to expand from manufacturing R&D into the broader domestic enterprise market, eventually scaling to all Japanese industries and global corporations.
Furthermore, the company is deeply invested in the research and development of purely domestic LLMs with high proficiency in the Japanese language and business domains. In May 2024, it released a proprietary LLM featuring 100 billion parameters.
Following a Series D funding round in October 2024, which raised 4.5 billion JPY (bringing the cumulative total to 8.8 billion JPY), the workforce has grown to approximately 150 employees. The company is now actively recruiting to fuel its next phase of hyper-growth.
【Current Challenges】
Following the formal launch of a new product in 2024, adoption has grown significantly among major manufacturing enterprises. However, this rapid scaling has highlighted the following critical challenges:
・Development Talent Shortage for Security Compliance: There is a pressing need for engineers capable of developing products that adhere to the rigorous and specialized security policies required by large-scale enterprise clients.
・Strategic Architectural Leadership Gap: The company currently lacks personnel to lead the overall service architecture strategy, specifically for deploying and managing products across multiple cloud environments and on-premises systems.
【Your Role】
The role centers on the validation, development, and operation of the infrastructure for the company's new products.
・SRE Leadership for New PaaS: As the second SRE member for the new PaaS business, the successful candidate will autonomously lead development, overseeing the entire lifecycle from validation to implementation.
・Collaboration with Machine Learning Teams: In coordination with ML engineers developing the document analysis engine, the SRE will define resource requirements and interfaces to drive development forward.
・Product-Driven Problem Solving: Working closely with Product Managers, the candidate will identify challenges and execute development tasks to resolve them.
■Key Responsibilities
・Testing, implementing, and maintaining the API and infrastructure for a business document analysis engine
・Designing, building, and maintaining overall infrastructure in a multi-cloud environment (including RAG data pipelines and customer data management)
・Designing, building, and maintaining data flows and networks in PaaS environments and customer system environments

【Required】
・3+ years of experience in service development and operations using AWS
・Development experience in any programming language
【Preferred】
・Master’s or doctoral degree in a technology field related to computer science
・Experience in developing and operating in-house services for customers
・Experience with machine learning experiments, model management, data management, and building training and inference pipelines using AWS
・Experience in development and operations using Terraform
・Experience in a leadership role where you understood the business context and independently planned and executed initiatives
