👤 What You’ll Be Doing:

✔️ Maintaining financial activity – Maintaining accurate records of facility financial activity, posting and reviewing monthly revenue, and reconciling balance sheet accounts.

✔️ Month-end closures – Completing monthly close and quality checklists, reviewing monthly P&Ls, and collaborating with other finance operations teams.

✔️ Stakeholder communication – Collaborating with internal departments to resolve issues, proactively informing management of concerns or barriers to meeting timelines and preparing accurate and timely reports for management and clients.

✔️ Budget development – Working together with a senior/supervisor on the client's projected annual revenue, expense, and staffing budget, and reviewing the final budget to confirm with management.

✔️ Audit & organizational support – Participating in training new employees, recommending new processes to your supervisor to assist workflow, compiling data for external audits, reviews, and tax filings, and reviewing bank BBCs.

📚 What You Bring:

✅ A BS in accounting or current enrollment pursuing a BS in accounting.

✅ An understanding of accounting processes to ensure compliance with GAAP.

✅ Basic accounting knowledge with a readiness to expand on that knowledge.

✅ The ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and operate independently.

✅ Strong attention to detail and the ability to learn new systems and policies.

✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

✅ Basic computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite.
