Staff Architect Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Staff Architect to bridge the gap between production staff architects and project architects on corporate-focused projects. This role is a step down from a Project Architect and involves significant participation in the Construction Administration and Design Development phases. Responsibilities Collaborate closely with both production staff architects and project architects. Engage extensively in the Construction Administration and Design Development phases. Utilize REVIT for project documentation and construction documentation. Contribute to the design and development of corporate interior projects. Maintain a polished portfolio representing your work and articulate your role in past projects. Essential Skills 2-5 years of experience in architecture. Bachelor's degree in Architecture. Proficiency in REVIT. Experience with corporate interiors and workplace design. Strong portfolio presentation and communication skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment. Experience in rendering and architecture documentation. Familiarity with the healthcare design sector is a plus. Work Environment Our team operates in a fully remote setup until further notice, with options for hybrid or full-time in-office work. You will work under the guidance of architecture and interior design leaders in Philadelphia. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $40.00/hr.
