Support continuous improvement of forms, policies, playbooks, and processes to streamline, simplify, and automate contracting. Support legal due diligence, strategic initiatives, and other corporate projects as needed. What success looks like in this role: Build strong, collaborative working relationships with internal stakeholders and serve as a thoughtful problem-solving partner. Consistently meet or exceed internal expectations for responsiveness to company priorities. Enable timely, informed business decisions during contract negotiations in support of the company’s growth. Ability to identify and assess legal and business issues efficiently, evaluate risk, and provide practical recommendations grounded in sound business judgment. Strong business acumen and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy, evolving environment. Exceptional drafting, negotiation, communication, organizational, project-management, and prioritization skills. Strong sense of ownership and accountability for assigned work. High integrity, professionalism, intellectual curiosity, and a willingness to learn and grow. Ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues at all levels of the organization. Commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of proprietary, sensitive, and personnel information.
