What You'll Do Review and evaluate prescriptions for accuracy, safety, dosing, and drug interactions Perform clinical Drug Utilization Reviews (DUR) Provide guidance to patients, providers, and pharmacy staff Support automated pharmacy systems and troubleshoot workflow issues Ensure compliance with DEA, state, and federal pharmacy regulations Investigate and resolve medication-related concerns and errors Maintain accurate documentation and controlled substance records Qualifications Pharm.D. or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in your state Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail Experience with pharmacy systems and technology Excellent communication and customer service skills Preferred Knowledge of state and federal pharmacy regulations Prior authorization or utilization review experience Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Location: AZ (preferred), TX, IN, NH, FL, or NY Apply today and help transform the future of pharmacy care from the comfort of your home. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Phoenix, AZ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $75.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
