Job Summary
We're looking for a Staff Software Engineer to lead the technical direction of an AI-driven
healthcare platform while remaining hands-on in building production software. This role is ideal
for a senior individual contributor who enjoys writing code, designing scalable architecture, and
establishing engineering standards that enable long-term growth. You'll own technical strategy,
guide architectural decisions, and build systems with security, privacy, and scalability at their
core.

Qualifications
:
● Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal (C1 level Minimum).
● Enthusiastic, positive attitude, eager to work with others and solve problems.
● Extensive experience developing production software using backend technologies such
as Python, Go, or Rust.
● Full-stack development experience, including React and TypeScript, is strongly
preferred.
● Proven experience designing, building, and maintaining large-scale production systems.
● Experience developing healthcare software with HIPAA-compliant architecture and
secure PHI handling.
● Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, and technical leadership.
● Experience building AI-assisted engineering workflows or implementing AI-powered
development practices.
● Comfortable leveraging AI tools while maintaining strong engineering judgment and code
quality.
● Self-starter with excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
● Demonstrates ownership, accountability, precision, and the ability to thrive in a
fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities
:
● Lead the technical architecture and long-term direction of the software platform.
● Develop and maintain scalable production software and backend services.
● Establish engineering standards, patterns, and best practices across the development
team.
● Guide architectural decisions and ensure technical consistency across projects.
● Design secure, HIPAA-compliant systems that prioritize patient privacy and data
protection.
● Build frameworks and tooling that support safe, AI-assisted software development.
● Collaborate with engineering, product, and leadership teams to deliver high-quality
software.
● Utilize AI tools to improve development efficiency while maintaining software quality.
● Continuously improve system performance, scalability, and engineering processes.
● Help establish the technical foundation that supports the company's long-term growth.
