The Role:

✅ Manage the end-to-end contractor lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding

✅ Coordinate contract extensions, assignment changes, and workforce transitions

✅ Monitor and resolve timesheet issues to ensure accurate payroll and billing

✅ Partner with recruiters, clients, and contractors to deliver a smooth workforce experience

✅ Support contractor attendance management, no-show mitigation, and backfill coordination

✅ Track workforce data and maintain accurate operational records

✅ Assist with client invoicing and ensure operational processes are completed on time

✅ Identify and resolve operational challenges while maintaining high service levels

Key Skills:

👤 2+ years of experience in Staffing Operations, MSP Operations, Contractor Management, Workforce Coordination, or Contingent Workforce Programs

👤 Hands-on experience managing temporary, contract, or project-based workers

👤 Understanding of timesheet management, contractor onboarding, and contract administration

👤 Experience working with VMS platforms

👤 Stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
