Role Description The Staffing Recruiter role at Bosmos is a remote position responsible for managing end-to-end staffing and recruiting activities. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring decisions for a variety of roles, including temporary and project-based placements. The Staffing Recruiter will collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to understand staffing needs, maintain talent pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience. This role also involves maintaining accurate candidate records, communicating regularly with applicants and hiring managers, and contributing to continuous improvement of staffing processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Staffing Services and Temporary Placement, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and talent pools.
• Strong Recruiting and Hiring skills, including candidate sourcing, screening, and selection.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with candidates, clients, and internal teams.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and basic HR or staffing software tools.
• Attention to detail and commitment to fair, inclusive, and non-discriminatory hiring practices.
• Prior experience in staffing agencies, HR, or talent acquisition is preferred.
• Relevant education or training in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is beneficial.
