The role Perform clients’ portfolios optimization for distribution/rebates collection and billing process management Synthesize data from multiple sources and prepare decks for quarterly and/or annual client meetings Participate in client calls as well as work across functional teams in multiple jurisdictions. Support of client service managers on day-to-day activities as well as transversal projects. Database update (Salesforce). Improve current processes by thinking outside the box. Your Profile Bachelor’s degree in financial markets (or a related field). Fluent written and spoken English and French. Excellent Excel level (VBA is preferable). Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize. Attention to detail. Proactive individual with a positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
