Stage Jr Commercial Analyst As a Jr Commercial Analyst Intern, you will support the Commercial team in monitoring business performance and developing analytical tools to support strategic decisions. As a Jr Commercial Analyst Intern , you will support the Commercial team in monitoring business performance and developing analytical tools to support strategic decisions. Working closely to the Senior Commercial Analyst you will collaborate with the Wholesale Commercial team and cross-functional departments including Product, Merchandising, and Finance. This internship represents an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in commercial analysis within an international fashion environment. Your Mission Your mission will be to support the team in transforming data into actionable insights, contributing to the monitoring of business performance and the development of effective commercial strategies. Your Responsibilities Support the collection, organization, and analysis of wholesale sales data. Monitor key business KPIs such as revenue, orders, stock levels, sell-through performance. Assist in preparing reports and presentations for the commercial team and management. Support daily performance tracking versus budget targets. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of dashboards and analytical tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between commercial performance and business objectives. Support the management of area managers’ appointment calendars and commercial planning activities. Assist in ad hoc analyses and special projects related to business performance. Requirements Degree or ongoing studies in Management Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related analytical fields. Strong analytical mindset and passion for numbers and business analysis. Excellent knowledge of Excel; familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools is considered a plus. Precision, attention to detail, and proactive attitude. Good organizational and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Fluency in English and Italian.
