We provide flexible work arrangements, comprehensive mental and physical wellness support, and annual salary reviews aligned with our compensation policy. Additionally, we offer opportunities for professional growth, allowing individuals to shape their own career paths through targeted development programs. Job Purpose The Stakeholder Analysis & Systems Manager builds and owns Fika's organisation-wide capability for understanding priority institutions, decision-makers and influence pathways. The role combines institutional research, stakeholder mapping, political-economy analysis and relationship data to produce decision-ready insights that help Fika advance government adoption, financing and policy outcomes. This is a senior individual-contributor role. It does not replace relationship owners or lead every external relationship. It establishes the frameworks, systems and standards that enable teams to coordinate engagement, retain institutional knowledge and act at the right time. Duties and Responsibilities Institutional and stakeholder analysis Lead stakeholder mapping and institutional and political-economy analysis across priority countries, MDBs, bilateral institutions, foundations, coalitions and global policy processes. Monitor leadership changes, institutional priorities, decision cycles, financing windows, risks and emerging opportunities relevant to Fika's strategy. Translate complex information into clear implications, strategic options and recommended actions for senior leaders and relationship owners. Maintain a forward-looking view of priority institutions, decision-makers, champions and blockers. Set quality standards for stakeholder analysis and ensure information is current, objective and decision-useful. Stakeholder systems and governance Own and improve Fika's stakeholder architecture, including segmentation, prioritisation, relationship ownership, confidentiality and follow-up protocols. Strengthen Salesforce and related tools as the source of truth for priority relationships, interactions, commitments and next steps. Establish practical data-quality standards and dashboards that support organisational decisions. Coordinate with relationship owners across functions and country teams to keep priority records current. Lead the adoption and continuous improvement of stakeholder systems, including appropriate automation and AI-enabled workflows. Engagement planning and decision support Advise relationship owners on engagement objectives, sequencing, risks and next moves. Develop stakeholder and engagement plans for Safe Access, country adoption, development-finance pathways and other strategic priorities. Assess events and convenings against Fika's stakeholder, policy and financing priorities. Track commitments and hand-offs across teams and surface relationships that require intervention. Help Fika avoid duplicate, inconsistent or poorly sequenced outreach. Briefings, institutional memory and learning Prepare concise leadership briefs, stakeholder profiles, institutional analyses and meeting recommendations. Coordinate pre-briefs and debriefs for priority engagements and capture decisions, commitments and follow-up actions. Maintain accessible engagement histories and institutional context. Produce regular stakeholder summaries highlighting important changes, opportunities, risks and recommended actions. Define practical measures of relationship progression and contribution to policy, financing or adoption outcomes. Key Outcomes in the First 12 months Fika uses one stakeholder framework with clear institutional priorities, relationship owners, objectives and next steps. Salesforce contains current, decision-useful information on priority relationships and commitments. Stakeholder maps and engagement plans are in place for Safe Access and priority country, financing and institutional pathways. Leadership receives timely analysis and recommendations ahead of major engagements and decisions. Fika has assessed its requirements for AI-enabled stakeholder research and monitoring and agreed how any proposed tools should integrate with Salesforce and existing workflows. Qualifications Required qualifications At least seven years of progressive experience in institutional research, stakeholder analysis, political-economy analysis, public affairs, policy, advocacy, strategic partnerships, international development or a related field. A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of relevant education and professional experience. Advanced stakeholder mapping, institutional research and political-economy analysis skills. Experience using Salesforce or another CRM to support relationship management and organisational decision-making. Exceptional research, synthesis, executive-writing and briefing capability. Ability to translate complex qualitative and quantitative information into clear recommendations for senior decision-makers. Strong judgement and discretion when handling sensitive institutional and relationship information. Demonstrated ability to establish shared standards and influence across teams without relying on formal authority. Experience working across countries, cultures and time zones. Experience analysing or engaging governments, multilateral development banks, bilateral institutions, foundations or global coalitions. Exposure to transport, climate, infrastructure, health, public policy or development finance. Experience with dashboards, automation, data visualisation or AI-enabled research workflows.
