Position Overview Pantheon Data is seeking a Standardization Inspector - National Air Training Center who will e valuate operational, maintenance, and training standardization across units. Responsibilities Conduct inspections and audits of programs and systems. Evaluate compliance with aviation regulations. Review safety, maintenance, and configuration systems. Support training and curriculum development. Required Skills and Experience 10+ years aviation maintenance experience. FAA A&P certification required (IA preferred). Experience with CAMITS preferred. Ability to work effectively remotely in cross-functional teams. Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work. Proficient in Microsoft Suite software including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint. Education Bachelor's Degree Clearance Requirements U.S. Citizenship Work Location: Hybrid - Washington, D.C. Compensation The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $190,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
