Help ensure donor-facing experiences reflect organizational excellence, warmth, and clarity. Coordinate Stewardship Systems & Communications: Coordinate stewardship touchpoints across the donor lifecycle (mailings, reporting cycles, milestone recognition, acknowledgments), maintaining tracking systems that support visibility and follow-through. Assist in reinforcing stewardship rhythms with Gift Officers by tracking timelines and prompting next steps. Draft and, when appropriate, handwrite donor communications—including event invitations, stewardship letters, impact summaries, follow-up notes, and campaign updates. Partner with Communications to ensure consistency in messaging and brand across donor materials. Track donor engagement and support follow-through across assigned segments. Coordinate with the Strategic Giving Team to support data tracking and reporting. Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as a coordination point for stewardship-related communication across Development, President’s Office, Communications, and Field Ministry. Prepare briefing materials and internal summaries for donor-related meetings. Help manage shared calendars and engagement timelines.
