Part of the multi-billion-dollar Hinduja Group, HGS takes a “globally local” approach with 18,000+ employees across 10 countries and 30 delivery centers.” Job Description: Key Responsibilities Posting of Supplier Stock Invoices/Credit Notes Daily posting of stock invoices and credit notes Only valid invoices should be processed Ensure all invoices has corresponding purchase orders and match against invoices Supplier Module Rollover Supplier module rollover Checking of unmatched purchase order Resolve all purchase orders on updated status without an invoice Resolve all returned purchase orders (RPOs) on updated status without credit notes Stock Claims Timely submission of stock claims to the suppliers On time resolution of claims disputes Constant coordination with warehouse and sales/product managers Submission of accurate and valid claims to suppliers Direct Shipment Invoicing Direct shipment processing in Pronto Invoicing customers for direct shipment orders Resolution of price and stock variance between customer order and supplier invoice Check sales order margin before invoicing Returns Process Follow up credit notes to supplier Check warehouse inventory cost Timely creation and completion of RPOs Monthly review of returns not credited/replaced End of Month (EOM) Requirements Processing of freight accrual report Completion of credit card reconciliation Qualifications At least 2 years in accounts environment Pronto and HubSpot knowledge preferred Ability to prioritise and multitask Strong problem-solving skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Can work independently and in a team environment Must be willing and able to work in a hybrid setup, including 3 days onsite per week and 2 days working from home.
