At Chavez Web Design, LLC, you will serve as the primary marketing coach for business owners in the digital marketing space. Your goal is to lead strategy sessions and ensure our clients see us as an indispensable "marketing arm" of their business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• ROI Strategy & Partnership: Lead monthly sessions to review lead volume and translate technical data into "business growth" language for clients.
• High-Level Quality Control: Act as the "Final Line of Defense," verifying technical SEO and Google Business Profile optimizations for 100% accuracy.
• The Asset Architect: Educate and persistently persuade clients to provide project photos and videos that drive their ROI.
• Retention & Growth: Identify opportunities to scale client success through budget increases or service expansions.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Linguistic Profile: English B2 / C1 Level (Advanced / Native-like fluency required) & Fluent Spanish Speaker.
• Timezone Availability: Monday – Friday, starting sharp at 8:20 AM PST until 5:00 PM PST.
• Technical Literacy: Ability to pull insights from Google Analytics and Google Ads to tell a compelling story about marketing performance.
• Mindset: Assertive communication, strong follow-through, and a proven track record of being a "trusted advisor" rather than just an order-taker.
• Reliability: Reliable high-speed internet connection and a strong history of consistent attendance.
