As we continue to expand our partnership model and deliver our ambitious Local Plan for Music Education, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening relationships, driving innovation and ensuring that music remains at the heart of children's lives across the region. Working closely with the Head of Service, you will help raise the profile of both Norfolk Music Service and the Norfolk & Suffolk Music Hub, championing the transformative power of music and creating opportunities that enable children and young people to thrive. About the Role As Strategic Hub Development Manager, you will: Lead the strategic development and delivery of the Norfolk & Suffolk Music Hub, ensuring the objectives of our Local Plan for Music Education are achieved. Develop and strengthen partnerships with schools, cultural organisations, community groups and stakeholders to grow and enhance our regional offer. Line manage a team of 10 Music Tutors delivering high-quality music education in schools across the county. Oversee and evaluate partner delivery, ensuring quality, impact and value for money across Hub programmes. Act as the primary point of contact for the Music Hub and represent the organisation with confidence and credibility. Champion inclusion, aspiration and opportunity, ensuring children and young people from all backgrounds can access and benefit from music education. About you We're looking for an experienced leader with the vision, drive and relationship-building skills to make a lasting difference. Your application will clearly demonstrate: Proven success in leading and motivating teams to deliver significant service improvement. Experience of building effective partnerships and bringing diverse stakeholders together behind a shared vision. Experience managing complex contracts and coordinating large-scale events or programmes. Strong people management skills, including performance management and target setting. Knowledge of the role Music Education Hubs play within the national music education landscape. Strategic thinking, with the ability to maximise impact across a large and diverse geographical area.
