You will have the chance to support our global team in our Specialized Nutrition Unit at Danone. You will be part of a highly motivated, international team and you will work at our office in Hoofddorp, NL. In this role you will get to live and breathe in the world of our parents, patients, caregivers, Health Care Practitioners (HCPs), whoever they may be in different countries around the world, to fuel our business with understanding that will positively impact our early life and adult medical nutrition business! Throughout this internship, you will have to prove yourself being able to adapt to the dynamic marketing environment and appear as a key business partner to the team. Your main tasks will be: Contribute to data analysis, market intelligence, and performance tracking You will provide specific analysis using Danone data platforms Assist the S&I and Marketing teams in the analysis, interpretation, and presentation using retail measurement data and brand health trackers You will support strategic planning market forecast process You will support the S&I team on topics such as internal communication and campaigns, facilitation/ animation of workshops & meetings, team outputs and presentations You will support strategic planning market forecast process About You You should definitely be an enthusiastic self-starter who is proactive, organized, not afraid to work autonomously and knows how to prioritize & respect deadlines. You have: An analytical mindset as well as creative side to synthesize and communicate with excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills (Tableau is a plus); An eye for detail to the quality of information provided and you are reliable ; The ability to challenge situations, act with resilience and manage stakeholders; Great team spirit with strong communication skills and the ability to “ tell a story” Key requirements: Enrolled as a Bachelor's or Master's student in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Science, Communications or a relevant field for the entire duration of the internship. Resident of the Netherlands with a valid BSN number. Non-EU citizens must have a valid Dutch residency permit. For non-EU citizens, your university must sign a three-party agreement with Danone. Available to start in September for a minimum of 6 months, 4-5 days per week. Fluent in English (spoken and written). Able to work from our Hoofddorp office at least 2 days per week.
