As our international activity continues to grow, we are looking for an International Mobility Advisor to strengthen our Private Client Services team.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys managing complex international projects, coordinating multiple stakeholders and delivering an exceptional client experience with professionalism, discretion and precision.

You will oversee the day-to-day execution of international relocation projects, ensuring every client benefits from a smooth, well-organized and stress-free transition to France.

Working alongside senior advisors, you will coordinate each engagement from initial onboarding through successful settlement.

What you will do

• Lead the operational management of relocation projects for international private and corporate clients.
• Coordinate residency and immigration procedures, ensuring applications are complete, compliant and submitted efficiently.
• Act as the central point of contact between clients and a network of trusted professionals, including lawyers, tax specialists, real estate experts, relocation partners, educational institutions and public authorities.
• Organise housing searches, school placements and practical settlement arrangements.
• Monitor project progress, anticipate potential issues and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
• Prepare professional client communications, reports and internal documentation.
• Conduct research on French immigration regulations, administrative processes and evolving legal requirements.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records while ensuring the highest standards of data organisation.

You are organised, service-oriented and comfortable working with demanding international clients.

You combine excellent communication skills with strong project management abilities and enjoy coordinating complex assignments involving multiple stakeholders.

• Excellent spoken and written English (essential).
• Professional proficiency in French (strongly appreciated).
• Outstanding organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a naturally proactive mindset.
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence communicating with international clients.
• The ability to prioritise multiple projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Previous experience in relocation, immigration services, executive support, legal administration, private client services, hospitality, consulting or another client-facing international environment.
