Requirements 10+ years of professional experience in strategic partnerships, business development, client relationships, consulting, marketing, communications, leadership, account management, or a related field. Strong relationship-building, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand individual needs, communicate value clearly, and guide thoughtful conversations. Self-directed and proactive, with the organization and follow-through to manage responsibilities independently. Strong professional judgment and confidence working with established systems and processes. An interest in continued personal and professional development.
