Role Description: Strategic Projects and Partnerships Manager (Remote within EEA and UK)

The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our portfolio of consulting and research projects across industries and funding institutions by promoting innovative solutions that combine Business Intelligence (BI), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Simulation Modelling, Optimization, and Decision Support Systems (DSS) to improve business performance and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across private and public sectors
• Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, business leaders, government agencies, and strategic partners
• Represent the company at conferences, industry events, networking activities, and professional associations

Project Acquisition

• Identify consulting project opportunities
• Monitor tender portals, procurement opportunities, and funding programmes
• Lead the preparation of proposals, expressions of interest, technical offers, and commercial submissions
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams during bid preparation and project acquisition

Strategic Partnerships

• Develop long-term partnerships with companies, public institutions, universities and research organisations, technology providers, and consulting partners
• Establish collaborations supporting project development and applied research
• Negotiate partnership and project agreements and cooperation initiatives

Market Intelligence

• Monitor market trends in simulation, optimization, AI, Business Intelligence
• Analyse competitor activities and emerging business opportunities
• Recommend new service offerings aligned with market demand

Internal Collaboration

• Work closely with consulting, analytics, and technical teams to develop tailored client solutions
• Support marketing initiatives by contributing case studies, presentations, webinars, white papers, and thought leadership materials
• Contribute to the company's strategic growth plans

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's, or PhD degree in Business, Management, Economics, Computer Science, Operations Research, or a related discipline
• Experience and interest in business development, consulting, partnerships, project acquisition, or strategic account management
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and networking skills
• Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking
• Experience and interest in preparing proposals, tenders, or funding applications is highly desirable
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage
