Strategic Sourcing Manager – Procurement, Americas The Strategic Sourcing Manager will lead end-to-end sourcing activity for key procurement categories across the Americas. This role is responsible for developing sourcing strategies, leading competitive RFP processes, evaluating and selecting suppliers, negotiating commercial terms, and partnering with Legal and business stakeholders to finalize supplier agreements including drafting SOWs. The ideal candidate has personally owned the full strategic sourcing lifecycle and can make clear, data-supported supplier recommendations to leadership. Experience in FF&E (fixtures, furniture and equipment) or hospitality is helpful but not required; the priority is proven strategic sourcing experience, sound commercial judgment, and the ability to manage complex supplier decisions from strategy through contract execution. Your day to day: Develop and lead sourcing strategies for assigned categories, including market assessment, stakeholder alignment, supplier identification, evaluation criteria, and sourcing approach. Personally lead competitive sourcing events from beginning to end, including RFIs, RFPs, supplier communications, bid analysis, negotiations, award recommendations, and transition planning. Own supplier evaluation and selection processes, using cost, quality, service, risk, capability, and business fit to develop clear recommendations for leadership approval. Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers, including pricing, service levels, rebates, payment terms, implementation expectations, performance commitments, and other value drivers. Partner with Legal to draft, review, redline, and finalize master agreements, amendments, statements of work, and related contract documents. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, align sourcing decisions, and ensure procurement strategies support broader business objectives. Analyze spend, supplier proposals, market dynamics, and total cost drivers to identify savings, value creation, risk mitigation, and performance improvement opportunities. Manage supplier relationships after award, including performance reviews, issue resolution, compliance monitoring, and continuous improvement opportunities. Prepare concise business cases, sourcing summaries, and recommendation materials for leadership review and decision-making. Support procurement process improvements, tools, templates, and governance practices that improve consistency, speed, transparency, and commercial outcomes. What we need from you: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in procurement, supply chain, business, or related field. Typically 5+ years of progressive procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, or supplier management experience. Demonstrated experience personally leading RFPs or competitive sourcing events from strategy development through supplier recommendation and award. Proven ability to develop sourcing strategies, evaluate supplier markets, build business cases, and influence cross-functional stakeholders. Hands-on experience negotiating supplier commercial terms and working with Legal on contracts, amendments, master agreements, statements of work, or similar documents. Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret spend data, supplier proposals, market information, and total cost considerations to support sound decisions. Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to explain sourcing recommendations clearly to senior leaders and business partners. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple sourcing projects, deadlines, stakeholders, and supplier workstreams at once. Proficiency with procurement tools, analytics platforms, e-sourcing systems, contract management tools, or digital sourcing solutions preferred. Awareness of supplier diversity, sustainability, responsible sourcing, and supplier risk management principles is a plus. Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in the ATLANTA office and two (2) days working from home. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business. #LI-SM1
